Superb Coleslaw
Description
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1½ cups cooked rice, cooled
- ½ cup grated carrots
- ¼ cup chopped onion (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon celery seed
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper
Procedures
- Combine cabbage, rice, carrots and onion in mixing bowl.
- Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper.
- Add to rice mixture; toss lightly. Chill.
