Sweet and Sour Chicken I

• Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

• 5 tbsp butter
• ¾ cup ketchup
• ½ cup white vinegar
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• salt and pepper
• 1½ cups chicken broth
• 6 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinned

Procedures

1. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
2. You can add pineapple chunks during last half hour.
