Tarhana

  1. Make hard dough of eggs, tomato sauce and flour.
  2. Let it rest for 4 days.
  3. Cut the dough through a grinding machine to get dough crumbs (called tarhana).
  4. Dry the crumbs in a cotton bag.

Soup

  1. Melt the butter, and add the flour.
  2. Stir until the flour smells nutty.
  3. Add the tomatoes, meat and tarhana.
  4. Stir, then add the pepper and paprika to taste.
  5. Add enough water to make a soup.
  6. Simmer until it smells good enough to eat!
