Ingredients

butter
or
margarine
2 teaspoons
chicken bouillon
granules
1 teaspoon
tarragon
⅛ to ¼ teaspoon ground
black pepper
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
3 cups hot cooked
rice
Procedures
Combine
butter
, bouillon granules,
tarragon
,
pepper
and
lemon juice
in small saucepan; heat. Pour over
rice
; toss lightly.
Serve with baked, broiled or fried
chicken
.
