In Romanian: Sos de tarhon
Ingredients
1 tablespoon
lard
1 tablespoon
flour
1 cup
beef broth
or
water
1
onion
½ cup
sugar
1 tablespoon chopped
tarragon
½ cup
sour cream
salt
Procedures
Fry the
onion
in
lard
until yellowish.
Add the
flour
, fry a little more, then pour the broth, add the
salt
,
sugar
,
tarragon
and let boil until the sauce is medium thick.
Serve warm.
