Tasty Ota with Fish
Ingredients
- 4 cups diluted coconut milk
- 3 segments garlic, chopped
- 1 small piece onion, sliced thinly
- 1 bunch ota fern leaves, removed from stalks
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 10 small slices of the flesh of fresh * salt to taste
Procedures
- Put diluted coconut milk in a pot.
- Add garlic and onion. Cook by stirring constantly.
- Bring to boil.
- Add ota fern leaves and bring back to boil. Stir in coconut cream.
- Add and salt to taste.
- Cook a few minutes (do not overcook as overcooking makes tough) and remove from flame.
- Serve.
