Tempered Sauerkraut

Description
In Romanian: Varza acra calita.
Ingredients
1 medium
cabbage
3 tablespoons
lard
a few
pepper berries
Procedures
If the
cabbage
is too salty or too sour, wash it first.
Then julienne and place it in a pan with the hot
lard
to saute.
Keep stirring.
Adding a little
water
from time to time until it is done.
Add
pepper
and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve as a side dish.
