Procedures

  1. Mix all ingredients except sirloin tip roast.
  2. Make sure the sugar has dissolved thoroughly.
  3. Cut grizzle from meat and cut meat into bite sized pieces.
  4. Marinate meat in teriyaki sauce for 24hours (refrigerated).
  5. Put marinated teriyaki meat into shish kabob sticks.
  6. Broil or barbecue.
  7. Do not discard marinate.
  8. Use for chicken teriyaki.
  9. Marinate for 24 hours.
  10. Then broil or barbecue.
