Toasted Pecan Dressing

Ingredients

• ¼ cup chopped and toasted pecans
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• ⅓ cup olive oil

Procedures

1. In a food processor or blender process all ingredients for 1 minute at high speed.
2. Set this aside until ready to use.
