Tropical Date Sauce for Fish

Ingredients

• 1 cup pineapple
• ¼ cup California dates
• 4 tsp whole grain mustard

Procedures

1. In electric blender, blend pineapple to crush but not puree.
2. Blend crushed pineapple with dates and mustard.
3. Store in covered container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
4. Serve at room temperature over grilled or poached fillets.
