Tuna and Potato Salad

  1. Blanch the defrosted green beans for 2 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Drain and plunge in cold water. Drain.
  3. Place the cooked potatoes, beans and tuna in a salad bowl.
  4. Mix the anchovies and pesto with the mayonnaise and pour onto the salad.
  5. Add salt and pepper and toss. Garnish with parsley.
