Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add the onion and celery and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the onion is soft.
  3. Stir in the tuna, rice, parsley, and salt and heat through.
  4. Sprinkle with cashews and serve hot.
