Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large skillet cook beef until brown.
  3. Drain off fat.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, and olives (if using).
  5. Heat through.
  6. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Flatten each biscuit with your hands.
  9. Arrange the biscuits on top of cheese.
  10. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
