Veal Scallopini

Ingredients
- 2 pounds veal cubes, shoulder / shank
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 x 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 small onions, thinly sliced
- 1½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon whole oregano
- 10 milliliters garlic, minced
- 30 oz can tomatoes
Procedures
- Mix the flour with the salt and pepper
- Roll veal in seasoned flour and fry in oil until brown.
- Put in crockpot with the rest of ihe ingredients, stir.
- Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 6 – 8 hours.
- Serve Over rice or fettuccine.
- Enjoy.
