Waikiki Meat Balls

Ingredients

• 1 ½ lbs ground Beef
• ⅔ cups cracker crumbs
• ½ cup minced onions
• 1 egg
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ginger
• ¼ cup milk

Waikiki meat Ball Sauce:

• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• Juice from can of pineapple chunks
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cup vinegar
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Procedures

1. Mix all ingredients together, shape into balls.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. Mix all, heat until thick, and then add pineapple chunks and meatballs.
4. Serve hot.
