Wonder Roquefort Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• ½ pound Roquefort cheese (at room temperature)
• ¾ pound cream cheese, cut into pieces (at room temperature)
• ¾ teaspoon garlic, minced
• ¾ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• ¾ teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Procedures

1. Use an electric mixer to beat the Roquefort in a medium bowl until smooth.
2. Gradually beat in the cream cheese.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well combined and smooth.
4. Serve at room temperature.
