Description
Stir-fried egg with shrimps
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 200 g shrimps, shell removed
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
Seasoning 1
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- some pepper
- some sesame oil
Seasoning 2
- ⅓ tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
Procedures
- Wash shrimps, marinate with seasoning (1) for 10 minutes.
- Parboil marinated shrimps in hot oil until cooked, dish up for use.
- Whisk eggs with seasoning (2) then add cooked shrimps, whisk again.
- Heat wok with 4 tbsp of oil, pour in shrimps and egg.
- Stir fry until egg is cooked, sprinkle chopped spring onion, dish up, serve.
