Young Potatoes in Sour Cream

Ingredients

• 1 kg young small potatoes
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp butter
• chopped greens
• salt

Procedures

1. Peel potatoes, wash carefully and boil in cold water.
2. salt as soon as water boils, and cook until done.
3. Strain off water and pour sour cream over potatoes.
4. Stir carefully and sprinkle with chopped greens before serving.
