Zhent the Kazakh Chocolate

Ingredients

• 5 cups of millet
• 4 cups of Irimshik
• 2 cups of Sugar
• 3 T Raisins
• 2 cups of butter.

Procedures

1. millet and irimshik are pound in a mortar. The mass obtained is mixed with Sugar and Raisins, butter is added and all this is cooled to thickening. The ready zhent is cut with a sharp heated knife.
