Zimmes from Pears

Ingredients

• 1 kg fresh pears
• 3 tbsp butter
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup honey

Procedures

1. Wash pears, peel off, cut into 4 parts and core.
2. In a stew pan, put pears, pour over water, add honey and butter and stew on low heat until done.
