Description
Ingredients
- potatoes (1 kg)
- Onion (x1)
- oil (1dcl)
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of ground black pepper
- 2-3 tsp. of mild red pepper
- Pasta (200g)
Directions
- Begin by cleaning the potatoes and then boiling them in their skins (i.e. without peeling them). After they are cooked, peel them and cut them into cubes. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook the Pasta.
- Into a separate pot, add oil and cubed onions, and then fry until the onions turn a light pinkish color. Then add the black pepper, red pepper and a teaspoon of salt, together with the potatoes. After that mix the cooked Pasta with the potatoes. Choc is best served with fresh green salad.
