Description

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Begin by cleaning the potatoes and then boiling them in their skins (i.e. without peeling them). After they are cooked, peel them and cut them into cubes. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook the Pasta.
  2. Into a separate pot, add oil and cubed onions, and then fry until the onions turn a light pinkish color. Then add the black pepper, red pepper and a teaspoon of salt, together with the potatoes. After that mix the cooked Pasta with the potatoes. Choc is best served with fresh green salad.
