  • Makes 4 Servings and ¾ cup of sauce

Ingredients

Cilantro sauce

Directions

Cilantro sauce

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in blender
  2. Purée until smooth.

Fish

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Lightly oil 4 squares of foil or parchment paper.
  3. Place fish on foil.
  4. Lightly sprinkle with salt;spread 2 teaspoons of the cilantro sauce on each fillet.
  5. Fold foil up around fish and crimp edges to seal; place on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve fish with remaining sauce.
