Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix broth, onion, ginger, lemon grass, cinnamon, and peppercorns.
  2. Boil the mixture.
  3. Prepare the bean sprouts, mint, basil and cilantro.
  4. Soak the noodles then drain.
