Ingredients
- ½ cup Cookie's Bar-B-Q Sauce
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup dark vinegar
- 1 cup corn oil
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp Durkee's Smoke salt
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
Procedures
- Combine everything.
- Submerge meat for 24 hours.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Drain and broil meat; basting with Cookie's Bar-B-Q Sauce.
