Ingredients
- Burger meat
- egg
- crackers
- cheese
Procedures
- Use two eggs per pound of meat
- crumble crakers
- salt & peper to tast
- mix all ingredients with hands in large bowl
- divide into small or large sized burgers
- fry
- add cheese
- add toppings of choice
