Ingredients
For dough:
- 2,five pialas of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 table-spoons of sour cream or milk
- a pinch of salt
- a tea-spoon of Sugar
- 2 tea-spoons of butter.
For syrup:
- a piala of honey
- 2-4 table-spoon of Sugar.
For frying: a piala of melted butter or oil.
Procedures
- eggs, Sugar and butter are thoroughly mixed, salt, milk or water are added, flour is poured in and a stiff dough is quickly kneaded.
