Description

I serve this with rice. If you are eating it with potato latkes, I would not use rice. Good luck on your project! Etta

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Put chicken in casserole dish.
  2. Put jam and ketchup in bowl.
  3. Mix well with spoon.
  4. Add coca cola,garlic powder,soy sauce, and onion soup mix.
  5. Mix with spoon.
  6. Pour mixture over chicken.
  7. Cover casserole dish.
  8. Bake at 350 °F for 1½ hours.
  9. Remove cover and bake chicken uncovered for another ½ hour.
