Fire Hot chili
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1/2 Lb. Ground Pork
- 1/2 Lb. Smoke Sausage, Diced in Sm. Bits
- 1 C. onions, Chopped
- 1/2 C. green pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 C. celery, Chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, Chopped
- 5 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tsp.paprika
- 1 Tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tsp. Ground cumin
- 1 (16 Oz.) Can tomato Sauce
- 1 Can Rotel tomatoes
In Heavy Pan Brown First 3 Ingredients. Drain Fat Off.Add Rest of Ingredients, Cover And Simmer For About 1
- 1/2 Hours Until Thickens. Adjust Seasoning to Taste InLast 10 Minutes of Cooking.
