Firecracker Rub
- 1 T. Each garlic salt, sugar And paprika
- 1 T. Dry thyme Leaves
- 1/2 T. Each Cayenne And Freshly Ground black pepper
- 1/4 T. Ground white pepper
Combine All Ingredients. Use to Rub Over Beef, Pork or Chicken Before Roasting or Grilling, or Sprinkle Over Cooked Vegetables. Store Tightly Covered at Room Temperature For up to 2 Months. Makes 1/4 Cup.Source: Marlboro Country Cookbook
