Directions

  1. In a large saucepan combine vinegar, garlic, pepper, bay leaves and soy sauce.
  2. Add the chicken; marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice.
