A good healthy appetizer consisting of Gingered Shrimps & Belgian endive. It is a fine replacement for any meat appetizer and tasting godlike !

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix Shrimp with Wasabi paste or horseradish, ginger, and vinegar.
  2. Sprinkle with green onion.
  3. Place bowl on a tray.
  4. Rinse Belgian endive, trim off root ends, and separate leaves; arrange on tray and sprinkle with coarse-ground pepper.
  5. Spoon Shrimp onto leaves to eat.
