- 1 Tbs. raw Sugar
- 1 stick butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 1/4 cups reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 large Onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh dill
