Description

Beef Pho is a soup that can be served with sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix broth, onion, ginger, lemon grass, cinnamon, and peppercorns.
  2. Boil the mixture.
  3. Prepare the bean sprouts, mint, basil and cilantro.
  4. Soak the noodles then drain.
