Ingredients
- ½ cup cumin
- ¼ cup whole cloves
- ¼ cup grated nutmeg
- ¼ cup curry powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender jar and blend well.
- It will keep, tightly covered up to 2 months. It can be used in place of plain curry powder for an Indian accent in many dishes.
