Directions

  1. Scale, clean and wash fish with lime juice.
  2. Cut into serving pieces.
  3. Use half the amount of salt and pepper to season fish.
  4. Brown onions and yellow ginger in a large frying pan or pot with vegetables oil.
  5. Place the fish in pot or frying pan.
  6. Add water, lime juice, comino, rest of black pepper.
  7. Cover and cook for about 10 – 15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
