- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1¾ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground saffron
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
