Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ cup mango slices
- 2 cups mango purée
Procedures
- Combine sugar and mango purée.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in half and half, lime juice and mango slices.
- Cool.
- Freeze in ice cream maker.
