Filet Mignon with Coconut

Directions

  1. In a cast iron pan, sear the fillet on each side to desired level of completion.
  2. In a small pan, melt the coconut oil.
  3. Pour 1 tbsp of coconut oil over the top of the fillet and garnish with the parsley.
  4. Serve with palm veggies.
