(Syrup mixture for paklava)
Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Boil sugar and water together for 10 minutes, add lemon juice and boil a minute longer. cool until lukewarm.
