Ingredients

  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup mango purée
  • 2 cups quick bread mix
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ½ cup chopped nuts

Procedures

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour into a well greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
