Crockpot Tortellini

Ingredients

• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 1 chopped onion
• 26 oz spaghetti sauce
• 2 cans (4 oz) mushrooms drained
• 1 x 14 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
• 1 x 15 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 x 9 oz pkg. refrigerated cheese tortellini
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Procedures

1. Brown ground beef together with onions stirring frequently until beef is browned.
2. Drain thoroughly.
3. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and cheese in crockpot.
4. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
5. Add tortellini.
6. Stir to combine then sprinkle with cheese.
7. Cover crockpot and cook on low 15 – 20 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
