½ pound prepared shredded
cocoanut
a few grains
salt
Procedures
First beat the whites.
Beat in the
Sugar
, adding it a little at a time
Beat very stiff
Stir in the cocoanut, and form into little balls the size of
walnuts

Bake on an oiled pan in a slow oven till lightly browned.
