Salsa Verde

Description
Salsa Verde [1] [2] this is a tart and creamy salsa.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe Hass avocado, peeled and pitted
- 3 large tomatillos, husked and well washed
- 1/2 serrano chile
- 1 large clove garlic, peeled
- 2 tbsp minced white onion
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients and puree.
- Achieve a smooth consistency.
- Good to serve!
