Directions

  1. In a large pot, layer in order: bacon, ham, onion,ginger, and cabbage.
  2. Pour cream over all.
  3. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat to medium.
  5. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is soft and liquid is reduced to a thick sauce.
  6. Enjoy.
