  1. In blender container, place gelatin; carefully pour in boiling water.
  2. Cover; blend on low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Add cocoa; continue blending until smooth.
  4. Immediately add ice cubes, blending until melted.
  5. Add reserved strawberries and light whipped topping; continue blending, just until combined and smooth.
  6. Immediately pour into dessert dishes; refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
