Fire Hot chili

• 1 Lb. Ground Beef
• 1/2 Lb. Ground Pork
• 1/2 Lb. Smoke Sausage, Diced in Sm. Bits
• 1 C. onions, Chopped
• 1/2 C. green pepper, Chopped
• 1/2 C. celery, Chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, Chopped
• 5 Tbsp. chili powder
• 1 Tsp.paprika
• 1 Tsp. garlic powder
• 1 Tsp. Ground cumin
• 1 (16 Oz.) Can tomato Sauce
• 1 Can Rotel tomatoes

In Heavy Pan Brown First 3 Ingredients. Drain Fat Off.Add Rest of Ingredients, Cover And Simmer For About 1

• 1/2 Hours Until Thickens. Adjust Seasoning to Taste InLast 10 Minutes of Cooking.
