basil
2 envelopes of powdered
cream of mushroom
soup
⅔ cup
water
Procedures
Brown 2
pork
chops in 1 tbsp melted
butter
.
Add ½ cup sliced
carrots
, ½ cup sliced
green beans
, 1 cup diced
potatoes
, ¼ tsp
basil
and 2 envelopes of powdered
cream
of
mushroom
soup.
Blend with ⅔ cup
water
.
Simmer covered for 45 minutes.
Serve with
wild rice
(may simmer
rice
with chops).
