Simple Rhubarb Cake

Description
Yield: 12 – 16 servings.
Ingredients
1 package
yellow cake mix
5 cups chopped fresh or frozen
rhubarb
1 cup
sugar
1 cup
heavy cream
Procedures
Mix cake as instructed on package.
Pour batter into a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.
Spread
rhubarb
over batter.
Sprinkle with
sugar
; pour
cream
over top.
Do not mix.
Bake at 350°F for 35 – 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
