  1. Mix together in a bowl.
  2. Transfer to a Jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  3. Age in a cool dark place for 2 to 8 weeks, then refrigerate.
  4. An exotic Mustard that's great with stout Cheeses.
  5. Makes 2 tb per "serving"
